No, we rent on a month-to-month basis. If the customer wishes to pay for a longer time period, that can be arranged.

What types of documentation will I need to provide in order to rent a storage space?

• Vehicle information (License plate and vehicle WIN number)
• Vehicle proof of registration, if applicable
• Proof of Insurance
• Government-issued photo ID (drivers license, state ID, passport)

Is the property gated?

Yes, The Safe Lot is gated, gated-entry only allowed to renters, 24-hours a day/7-days a week.
